With Regards to Extending Current Schedules: Our system is designed not to allow the extension of current schedules into additional time frames. This approach encourages Experience Makers to consider any necessary changes as new seasons approach. It's important to think about factors such as host availability, start and end times, as well as changes in weather conditions and daylight, which could affect the experience. Typically, creating a new schedule is slightly quicker (by a few seconds) and often more practical than extensively editing an old one.

However, some aspects of current schedules can be modified. Using the 'Edit Time Slot' feature, you can modify an entire existing schedule for a specific experience. This includes adjusting the maximum number of participants (up to 8), the number of simultaneous private groups that can be hosted, or the overall start and end times of the schedule. Of course, individual entries within the schedule can also be edited or deleted as needed.
