Setting up your order in Archtics for your FEVO Enterprise Outing

Getting Started

  1. Find Tickets: In your manifest available list, find the first block of tickets for your order.

  2. Add to Cart: Select all tickets and them to your cart.

  3. Reprice Tickets: Update the price to the correct group rate.

  4. Add Rep Name: Click edit and add your name to the tickets.

  5. Reserve Seats in Cart: Open the cart, select all tickets, and reserve the tickets on your group leader's account.

  6. Get Order Number and Archtics ID

  7. Import Tickets in FEVO Enterprise

    IMPORTANT: DO NOT add the tickets to your cart and reprice from the cart. Doing so will cause the tickets to be bought onto the individual buyers' accounts at the single game price, throwing off sales numbers in Archtics.

*Remember, your group will not be able to purchase tickets if adjustments are made to the order in Archtics without also updating FEVO.*

Deleting/Reimporting Tickets

If there are buyers getting errors when trying to purchase, it could mean that some or all of the tickets on the offer have been invalidated by some kind of adjustment on the provider side (dropped from the account, sold, repriced, etc.). If this is the case, the best way to ensure that all inventory on the offer is valid is to delete the tickets and reimport them. Below you will find the steps to do this.

  1. Go to the Tickets tab on the Offer (backend)

  2. Click the "All" checkbox at the top of the list of inventory to select all tickets

  3. Click the "Delete Tickets" button above the list of inventory

  4. In your ticketing provider system, remove the tickets from the reservation/hold

  5. Put them back on a new reservation/hold

  6. In FEVO Enterprise, use the new reservation/hold information to reimport the tickets onto the Offer

    • Reservation/Hold Information by Provider

      • Tickets.com - Order ID

      • Ticketmaster - Account ID / Order Number

      • TicketReturn - Hold ID

      • AXS - Offer ID

      • Paciolan - Patron ID / Event Code

      • SeatGeek - Transaction Number
