Resending confirmation emails is a simple process that can be completed in just a few easy steps.
Log in to Your Account and Locate the Offer
Once logged in, navigate to the specific offer for which you need to resend the confirmation email.
Scroll Down to Search for Your Purchaser List
After locating the offer or transaction, scroll down on the page to find your purchaser list on the right-hand side.
Search for Your Purchaser
Simply scroll or type in your purchaser's name.
Select the Arrow Icon to Resend Email
Within the purchaser list, you'll usually find an easily identifiable icon, represented as 2 arrows in a circle, next to each purchaser's information.
Confirm the Resend Action
Once clicked, you will see a check mark populate.
Success! Confirmation Email Resent
The confirmation email is sent in just a couple of seconds.
