All Integrations
Restrictions Revamp
We are defaulting restrictions so that any emails entered to access offers will automatically be locked at checkout. This ensures that once an email is used to access an offer, it will be restricted from making additional purchases or changes during the checkout process.
Add-Ons Allowed with FEVO Bundles
We are updating our system to enable the display of add-ons even when a bundle is being used. This enhancement allows both add-ons and bundles to be utilized together within the same offer, providing greater flexibility in offering additional options.
Event Selection - Add Time & Use ID to Search
During Offer Creation, we have implemented updates to the Event selection dropdown during offer creation:The event time will now be included in the event results dropdown.
Integration-specific event IDs can now be used in the search bar. Although these IDs will not appear in the dropdown, they can be used for searching. Supported IDs include Event Code (Ticketmaster Archtics), Event ID (TDC), Event Code (Paciolan), Event ID (AXS), and Event Code (Ticketmaster Host).
Flexible Leaderboard Ranking Based on Multiple Metrics
This release introduces a configurable leaderboard feature that enables clients to rank groups based on various metrics: Orders, Tickets, and Revenue. This enhancement offers greater flexibility in leaderboard display, allowing clients to prioritize the metrics that are most important to them and rank groups accordingly.
Default the social sharing feature to [ON] Orgs and Offers
This release introduces a new feature that automatically enables social sharing for all new offers and organizations by default, unless the “Sit with Friends” feature is activated or for you live Costco Offer. This enhancement aims to boost event promotion and user engagement through seamless social sharing, leading to higher conversions.
Remove from Confirmation Page the "Share your information with your guests" area
We have removed the “Share your information with your guests!” section from the confirmation pages.Add-Ons - Sticky "Add to Order" button on merch modal
We made the “Add to Order” button on the merchandise Add-On modal sticky, so it remains fixed at the bottom of the modal while the rest of the content is scrollable. This change ensures that the button is always accessible, improving the user experience.
Archtics
Archtics: ADA Inventory / Best Available
This update simply changes the API call made to Ticketmaster for Best Available ADA/Limited Mobility selections.
Confirmation Email: Include Buyer Type instead of Price Code
We are updating our Order Confirmation Email for TM Archtics organizations to include the Buyer Type Name instead of the Price Code Name. We received feedback that using the Buyer Type Name will provide better and more useful information to purchasers, so we have decided to make the change. If you sell Buyer Types such as "Ticket Only" or "Ticket + T-Shirt" through an offer, purchasers will now be able to see that information in the email.
Archtics: Override default payment type at org level
This update allows for an override option at the Org level for TM Archtics clients, enabling the replacement of ‘GM’ with an alt type if needed. If no override is provided, all sales will default to ‘GM’.
Hide Seat Location (aka Suppress Seat Location)
Enterprise offers will now include the option to display or hide seat locations during the offer cart experience. This feature enhances the customer experience, particularly for offers with delayed ticket delivery or reserved General Admission tickets, by allowing flexibility in how seat information is presented.
For offers set to "Digital" or "Digital - Delay Delivery," customers will see a new "Seat Location Display" option with two choices: "Show Seat Location" and "Hide Seat Location."
For offers set to "Seat Picker" or "Best Available," the option will default to "Show Seat Location." This ensures that users can switch to the Seat Picker experience and still see their seat locations.
For offers set to "Force Best Available - Area," Enterprise users can choose between displaying or hiding seat locations. If "Hide Seat Location" is selected, purchasers will not see seat details when viewing or adding inventory to their cart or in their order confirmation email. The default option will be "Show Seat Location."
FEVO Bundles - Suite Updates
Enterprise Open Inventory Bundles will now include a feature to designate a bundle as a suite. Enabling the “This is a suite” checkbox during bundle creation or editing will automatically activate suite-specific features to optimize the purchase experience. Specifically:The “Reason for Offer” will be set to “Suite,” which will make the offer Best Available.
The quantity for each suite section will be limited to 1, ensuring that once a suite section is sold, it is removed from the offer.
Add Best Available - Section Level to OI Bundle ticket select options
Enterprise Bundles can now be configured to allow for the best available seating at the section level, expanding beyond the previous support of best available by area for bundles. This update provides more precise seat selection within specific sections.
