All Integrations

  1. Restricting by Zip Code

We’re excited to release the ability to Restrict Offers by Zip Code. Simply upload zip codes through our template or manually add during the build process. This enhancement offers even more control over just who can access and purchase your exclusive Offers.

    How it Works

Under your Offer Details tab, scroll down to the Restrict Your Offer section. Click the dropdown and select Restrict by Zip Code. Enter your zip codes or upload them through the template you can download.

Important Note: Restrict by Zip Code works with CC, PayPal, and Zip Payment Methods.

  2. Updated UX / UI for Restrictions
Now, all restrictions have been combined into a dropdown view, providing a cleaner and easier to use interface.

  3. Restricting by Domain: Increased word count to 4

We are excited to announce an enhancement to our domain gate setup. Users can now include up to 4 words when configuring their domain gate, offering greater flexibility and precision in. Ex: Restrict by abc.xyz.hij.edu

  4. Offer Landing Page Access Codes Accept Special Characters
We are pleased to introduce an update to our Offer Landing Pages and Group Landing Pages. Users can now include dashes in their access codes, ensuring compatibility and seamless integration between WeFEVO and Enterprise. This enhancement simplifies the user experience by allowing consistent access codes across both platforms.

  5. Offer Creation - Event Selection: Select All by Search
When creating an Enterprise Offer, we've made updates to our Event Selection dropdown. This update will allow users to Search for specific events and then "Select All” to only select those specifically searched events.

  6. Offer Level Terms & Conditions

We are introducing a new feature that allows additional terms and conditions (T&Cs) to be added at the Offer level. These T&Cs can be optionally included during checkout for specific offers such as suites, camps, and scouts. This update ensures that necessary T&Cs are available for relevant offers while maintaining flexibility for other types of offers, streamlining the creation process and enhancing compliance.

    How it Works:
At the Organization Level, create Offer Level Terms & Conditions. Within your Offer, head to the Details tab and select the desired Ts&Cs.

  7. Social Checkout Enhancements Available General Release!
Social Checkout Enhancements, also known as Multi-Game Offers is now enabled for all clients! It has previously been in beta and has been turned on.

This allows shoppers to purchase multiple inventory types for various events in a single transaction. Gone are the days of navigating through multiple checkout processes for each item or event. With these enhancements, shoppers can seamlessly select items from different events and pay for them all at once, streamlining the entire purchasing experience.

These enhancements ensures efficiency, convenience, and increased conversion. Say goodbye to the hassle of managing separate transactions and embrace the power of the Social Checkout.

  8. Group Widgets: Deep-Linking
We are excited to announce more Social Checkout Enhancements! Introducing the Deep-Linking feature for our group widgets. Users can now have the widget open directly to a specific event within a group, enhancing the user experience by streamlining access to key events. Additionally, a "Keep Shopping" option is available, allowing users to easily navigate back to the Events List to explore more options.

  9. Panel View Settings Available at Offer Level
We are introducing a new Offer-level setting that allows users to override the default "Panel View" on Offers. With this feature, you can choose to display either the "About" Offer details or the Venue Map according to your preference, providing a more tailored and informative user experience.

  10. Edit Event Details at the Offer Level Without Affecting the Event
We are thrilled to announce a new capability within our platform. Users can now edit Event information for specific offers without altering the details of the Event itself. This feature provides greater flexibility and control, allowing for customized offer presentations while maintaining the integrity of the original Event data.

  11. Custom Event List Sorting

Users can now custom sort the order in which events and offers are displayed on Offer Landing Pages and the Events List for the Landing Page. This enhancement provides greater control and flexibility, enabling users to prioritize and organize their content in a way that best suits their needs and preferences.

  12. Increase Offer / Group Media to 5 Images
Users can now upload and display up to 5 media items, an increase from the previous limit of three. This improvement allows for richer and more comprehensive visual content, enhancing the overall user experience and engagement.

  13. New Merchandise Add-Ons Modal
We are excited to announce an update to our merchandise add-ons. This enhancement will prompt a popup modal on desktop or a bottom sheet on mobile, allowing consumers to easily select specific quantities of items and add them to their cart. This streamlined process improves the shopping experience, making it more convenient and user-friendly.

  14. Mail Delivery: Collecting Shipping Address
We are updating our “Mail” Delivery for all integrations to allow users to set their shipping address separately from their billing address in the Offer purchase flow. This will be helpful for cases where items are fulfilled through mail instead of digital delivery. By default, the shipping address will be the same as the billing address unless the user decides to set it differently.

Note: This update will only apply to offers that use the "Mail" delivery method. (This applies to All Integrations)

  15. PayPal / Venmo is Ready to Launch!
Development work has been done and we will be releasing 2 new payment methods: PayPal and Venmo. This week, this will be turned on for a select group of beta testers and will launch next week (week of July 8) to all clients.

  16. Offer Page Main Image Size Improvements
We have implemented an update to ensure consistent image sizes on Offer pages, regardless of their original dimensions. This enhancement standardizes all images, providing a uniform and visually appealing presentation across the platform, enhancing the overall user experience.

  17. Post-Transaction Code Functionality is now Available
Imagine the excitement your fans will feel when they automatically receive a special offer directly in their inbox after making a purchase. By building both primary and secondary offers, you can amplify engagement and encourage repeat interactions, such as giving fans who buy a camp ticket a free ticket to select games. Our automated system handles everything, ensuring fans receive their Post-Transaction Codes right after checkout, making the process smooth and hassle-free. This not only boosts immediate sales but also builds long-term loyalty, increasing future engagement and sales.

    How it Works:

    1. Build your Initial (primary) and Redemption (Secondary) Offers

    2. Visit the Code's Hub within the Navigation

    3. Set up your Discount by selecting Post-Transaction as the Discount Type

    4. Add in your rules

    5. Attach your built Offers

    6. Done!

Ticketmaster Archtics

  1. Archtics - COMP Code Applied on Seat Level

Similar to how promo codes are pushed back into TM Archtics on the seat level, these COMP codes would function in much the same way, but only on the discount level. Please reach out to your solutions or implementation team for more information. Please note: with this release, we would still need a $0 ticket type as the COMP code itself doesn’t reprice the ticket in Archtics. More work is in development.

  2. Best Available by Section Updates
We are making updates and adding new features to better support Best Available functionality within Enterprise Offers. These updates include the following:

    Selected Sections + Best Available
When sections are deselected on the Ticket table, Offers set to Best Available will now only check for seats within the actively selected sections. For example, if the Bleachers area has sections 101 and 102 selected but sections 103 and 104 deselected, a Best Available call in the Bleachers area will ONLY check for seats in Sections 101 and 102.

    Best Available by Section

We have added support for Best Available to be used at both the section and area levels. Two new options have been introduced: "Best Available - Section" and "Force Best Available - Section." These options can be found under the Seat Selection feature within Offers and can also be set as a default at the Organization level.
