When things go wrong, it can be frustrating to figure out what’s causing the issue. Whether you're experiencing a technical glitch, an unexpected error, or something just isn't working as it should, basic troubleshooting is your first step toward resolving the problem.

Follow these 2 simple steps prior to contacting FEVO to self-troubleshoot.

  1. Clear Your Cache: As a first step in troubleshooting, clearing your browser’s cache is often one of the simplest and most effective solutions. By doing so, you force the browser to load the most recent version of the web page and remove any corrupted or outdated files that could be causing issues. This process is quick and easy, and in many cases, it resolves common problems without the need for further action.

    1. MAC / Safari

When is best to clear cache?

      1. Images or visual updates are not updating.

      2. There was a product release this morning.

      3. Some slowness.

      4. When in doubt, always clear cache.

  2. Check your settings with your Primary Ticketing provider: If clearing your cache didn't resolve the issue, the next step is to check your settings with your primary ticketing provider. Sometimes, issues can arise due to misconfigured settings or updates on the ticketing platform that might not sync correctly with your system.

When is it best to check my settings?

    1. Experiencing problems with ticket availability.

    2. Pricing issues

    3. Event details not displaying as expected

    4. Purchasing error when testing
