Why the Change?
The previously used inventory selection flow has served us well, helping users manage their Offers. However, as time went on and needs evolved, it became clear that FEVO Enterprise’s inventory selection and management was starting to feel busy, and unable to fully accommodate growing opportunities.
That's why we’ve reimagined the entire experience from the ground up, introducing a sleek new experience designed to meet today’s demands for greater speed, ease, and flexibility.
What’s New?
Your entire inventory selection process when building an Offer has been transformed—our new UX/UI design makes it easier and faster than ever before to select and manage your inventory effectively!
All-New User Experience: FEVO Enterprise has been redesigned for a more intuitive and streamlined process, making it easier than ever to manage your Offers.

Enhanced Inventory Table: The old Tickets Table has been replaced with a more efficient and visually appealing interface, providing a high-level summary view of Inventory. This new design allows for faster adjustments and better data visibility.

Quick Attribute Icons: We've introduced icons that display which attributes are being used for each inventory item. This visual enhancement offers users a quicker glance at key inventory details, allowing for more efficient tracking and management without the need to dive into every detail.
Inventory Sets: Now with Open Inventory selection experience. This will enable us to introduce more extensive features in the future.
Inventory Sets + Open Inventory Bundles: We’ve added support for Open Inventory Bundles within the new Inventory Reimagined experience. This brings together the best aspects of both features, introducing a new way to create and sell Open Inventory Bundles in Enterprise.
Card View + Quantity by Area: When expanding an Inventory Set card, you can now view the quantity by area for more detailed insights.
Show Display Names / Descriptions are set: In the Attribute view, we’ll now indicate when a Display Name or Description has been set for categories like Area, Price Type, and Section. This makes it easier to see what’s been configured without having to click into each field.
Inventory Set Names: We’re introducing support for naming Inventory Sets. While these names will eventually be visible to buyers in the Cart, for now, they’re designed to help Enterprise users better organize and understand their Inventory Sets.
Min/Max settings: We now allow for Min/Max settings to be enabled for various inventory sets.
On-Sale/Off-Sale: With multiple inventory sets created you can now set On-sale and Off-sale times for each. How this can be beneficial, is now you can add time-frames for each Inventory Set so if you want one to go off sale day before the event and having day-of-event pricing utlizied you can set that.
