We are excited to introduce a comprehensive update to the inventory building experience in FEVO Enterprise. This Enterprise experience has been expertly designed to simplify setup, increase control, and enhance flexibility for ultimate offer-building efficiency.
The new and improved Inventory selection experience is available for the following integrations: Paciolan, Archtics, and TDC. All other integrations will be available at a later time.

Why the Change?
The current inventory selection flow has served us well, helping users manage their Offers. However, as time went on and needs evolved, it became clear that FEVO Enterprise’s inventory selection and management was starting to feel busy, and unable to fully accommodate growing opportunities.
That's why we’ve reimagined the entire experience from the ground up, introducing a sleek new experience designed to meet today’s demands for greater speed, ease, and flexibility.

Your entire inventory selection process when building an Offer has been transformed—our new UX/UI design makes it easier and faster than ever before to select and manage your inventory effectively!
All-New User Experience: FEVO Enterprise has been redesigned for a more intuitive and streamlined process, making it easier than ever to manage your Offers.

Enhanced Inventory Table: The old Tickets Table has been replaced with a more efficient and visually appealing interface, providing a high-level summary view of Inventory. This new design allows for faster adjustments and better data visibility.

Quick Attribute Icons: We've introduced icons that display which attributes are being used for each inventory item. This visual enhancement offers users a quicker glance at key inventory details, allowing for more efficient tracking and management without the need to dive into every detail.
How Does it Work?
You now have the option to activate the new inventory selection flow at your convenience. Please fill out the form, and the new flow will be activated for your username within 24 hours or less. Activating the flow for yourself will not impact your entire organization—this change is applied only to your individual environment.

What if I have a specific use case I need support for?

What if I want to activate the new flow for my entire organization?
At this time, activation applies only to individual usernames. To activate your entire Organization, please make the request for each individual through the form.
Can I turn off the new inventory selection flow if I don't like it?
Yes, you can request to turn off the new flow by emailing academy@fevo.com.
