Use the Completed Work Order Details report to calculate the average service call time for a tech.
Go to Reports > Completed Work Order Details
Filter the date range and tech
Use the Worked Minutes and Number of Stops columns
To find the average service call time for a tech go to Reports > Completed Work Order Details:
Filter the From - To date range
Filter the tech you want to see
Look for the Worked Minutes column
Scroll to the bottom
The number of stops will be the left most column
Divide the total minutes worked by the bottom number on the left.
For example, a tech might have 6,000 minutes and 50 stops for a month.
6,000 / 50 = 120 minutes per stop, average.
