Key Points
Look at Completed Work Order Details report
Look in the two far right columns, Report Findings and Private Notes
For Device notes look in the Device List report
From the Dashboard, click Reports
It will be in the two far right columns, Report Findings and Private Notes.
From the Dashboard, click Reports
Click Device List
The Inspection Notes shows notes entered for a device by the tech. The Device Notes show the notes entered when creating/editing a device in the browser.
For both reports, adjust the From and To dates to expand your search.
