To find out how many callbacks you have scheduled, run the Completed Work Order Details report.

Key Points

  • Use the Completed Work Order Details report

  • Add Filter = Callback

  1. From the Dashboard, click Reports

  2. Click Add Filter

  3. Click Callback

  4. Click Any

  5. Click Yes

(If nothing appears check your From - To Date filter and adjust accordingly.)
