Sync a tech's Fieldwork Calendar with Outlook, Apple or Google calendar. The sync is one-way, from Fieldwork into the other calendar.
Key Points
Edit a user's page at Settings/Users & Routes
Copy the API Key for Zapier integration into the Share calendar setting for the other calendar
Edits made in the other calendar do not appear in the Fieldwork Calendar
Go to Settings/Users & Routes
Click on the tech's name
Scroll to the bottom
Copy the API Key for Zapier integration into the Share calendar setting for Outlook, Apple or Google calendar
Note The sync is one way, from Fieldwork to the other calendar. Also, when you update the Fieldwork calendar there is a lag time for it to be updated in the other calendar. That update is dependent upon the other calendar, not Fieldwork.
