From the Calendar
Add a new Work Order, Customer, Task or Estimate
View estimates, blocked time, and tasks
View multiple service routes
From the Calendar - List View, Map View
List View shows the Work Orders as they've always been shown
Map View shows a map with pin drops representing each stop
The color of the pin drop matches the status color of the Work Order
Tap a pin to open the Work Order
Note If a service location address is incorrect it does not appear in the map
From Customers
Filter a search by Status, Date Added, Tags, or Postal Code
Add a customer with Tags and Send Reports Automatically switch
View all the details of a Work Order history including, PDF forms, device scans, photos, diagrams, units, signatures...
From Tasks
Create a Task
Filter a search by Status, Task Type, Assigned to, Due date, Calendar date, Related to, and Related ID
Sort Tasks from oldest to newest and vise-versa
From Invoices
Filter Invoices by Customer and Location
View Invoice PDF and print it, or email it
Sort Invoices from oldest to newest and vise-versa

Create and schedule an Estimate
Filter a search by Customer, Location, Status, Date from, Date to, and Technician

From within a Work Order, reschedule it, edit and copy Service Instructions, copy Location Notes, add a PDF file and edit a PDF file without a third-party PDF editor
Sort Work Orders from oldest to newest and vise-versa
