Use Document Templates to create custom templates for specific customers or purposes.

Key Points

  • To create a new template, click the plus sign + next to

  • Drag sections around to redesign the template to meet its purpose

  1. Click the Settings gear icon in the upper-right corner 

  2. Under Company Setup, click Document Templates; here you can change the order or remove sections for Service Report (Work Order) and Invoice

  3. To create a new template, click the plus sign + next to Invoice

Drag sections around to redesign the order in which these sections appear in the printed document. Or, drag them in and out of the sidebar to add or remove the section. 

You can also set the top and bottom margin between sections.

  4. Don't forget to click Preview so you can make the necessary changes.
  5. Click Save Templates

Tip Always click the Preview button.
