Sometimes there is a lag on one of those documents showing up and it doesn't appear updated in QuickBooks.
Note The sync process is a one-way sync from Fieldwork to QuickBooks. If you add estimates, invoices or payments in QuickBooks they will not be reflected in Fieldwork. To manually sync, add the payments in Fieldwork first, then sync to QuickBooks.
In QuickBooks:
Click the magnifying glass in the upper right corner
Type in the document number (estimate, invoice, or payment number)
Press Enter
You should see the document
