Every time I create a Work Order for a particular customer, the system puts in a tech who is no longer working for me. How do I change this?

If you create the Work Order from within the customer's account, the default tech will automatically be selected. Note that you can manually change this in the Work Order from the Schedule tab.
If you create the Work Order from Sales > Work Orders, the system will auto-select the first technician (alphabetical order).
If you create the Work Order in the Calendar while in Week or Month view, no technician is selected.
If you create the Work Order in the Calendar while in Day view, the technician whose route you clicked on to create the Work Order will be the default technician.
