Summary

Print Work Orders and a Daily Route Sheet from the Calendar. The Daily Route Sheet is a summary of a technicians route.

Key Points

  • Click the Printer icon in the Calendar

  • Select the tech, date range and any of the check boxes and Print

  • The top of the Route Sheet contains fields for the tech to fill out during the day

  • The bottom of the Route Sheet includes a summary about each stop

  1. From the Ribbon Bar, click Calendar

  2. Click the Print icon in the upper right corner of your browser

3. In the Print Work Orders dialog box:
a. Select the tech
b. Select the date range
c. Click any of the check boxes
d. Click Print

The top of the Route Sheet contains fields for the tech to fill out during the day. This includes:

LUNCH:
BREAKS / PERSONAL TIME:
TOTAL HOURS WORKED:
TOTAL # OF STOPS:
TOTAL GAS AMT ($):
TOTAL GAS QTY:
START MILEAGE:

MANAGER SIGNATURE:

The bottom of the Route Sheet includes a summary about each stop:

We also have a report for Daily Route Sheets:

  1. From the Dashboard, click Reports

  2. Click Route Sheet Report
    Note: When opening this report, a Route Sheet is created from the beginning of the month for every route. You may not want this so go ahead and close it.

  3. Set your From -To Date filters

  4. For the route, click Any

  5. Click the Route for this Route Sheet

  6. Click Generate Report

  7. Go to the location where your browser downloads files

  8. Open the file

  9. Print the file according to your browser's print function
