Summary
Instead of editing work orders one at a time, you can select a group of them on the calendar map and move them all together — to a different day, a different technician's route, or both. This is useful when a technician is out sick, when you're rebalancing a route, or when one technician permanently takes over another's jobs. You can move work orders as a one-time change or move the entire recurring series.
Key Points
Filter the calendar, then draw a circle on the map to select the work orders you want to move
Choose Move Work Orders for a one-time change, or Move Series for a permanent change
You can change the route, the date, or both in a single step
For best results, select only 1 or 2 routes at a time
Select the work orders to move
From the top of the Navigation menu, click Calendar
From the Calendar page, click on the light grey Filters button in the upper right corner
Check the box next to the route(s) you want to move work orders from

Once you select the arrow, your screen should look something like this:
On the toolbar at the right of the map, click the pencil icon to turn on the Draw tool
Draw a circle around the jobs you want to move. Selected work orders are highlighted yellow in both the map and calendar views
The lower-left corner of the map shows how many work orders you selected and their total production value.
Click the dark grey Move button
A pop-up opens listing all the work orders you selected. From here you choose how to move them:
Move Work Orders — for a one-time change (for example, a technician is out sick and you're reassigning today's jobs to someone else)
Move Series — for a permanent change (for example, a technician is retiring and another tech will take over these jobs and routes going forward)
How to Bulk Move Work Orders One-time
Select the Move tab at the top of the pop-up
2. Review the list and uncheck any work orders you don't want to move
3. Under Move to another route, use the dropdown to choose the destination route
4. To reschedule, check the box next to Change date, then pick the new day from the calendar
5. Confirm the new date appears in the Date column
6. When the route, date, and list look correct, click the green Change button to save
How to Bulk Move Work Order Series
Select the Move Series tab
2. Review the list and uncheck any work orders you don't want to move
3. Under Move to another route, use the dropdown to choose the destination route
4. Under Change Day & Week of Month, choose the new day of the month the work orders should occur (if you want to change it)
5. Still under Change Day & Week of Month, choose the new day of the week the work orders should occur (if you want to change it)
6. Under Effective as of, choose the date you want the moved schedule to start
Look over the Bulk Move page, and double-check that the information is accurate
Review everything on the page, then click the green Change button to save
Important note: Use Move Series only when the change is permanent — it reschedules every future occurrence, not just one visit.
