Tap Fieldwork
Move the photo slider to the right
Move the camera slider to the right

Tap Settings
Tap Applications or Apps (which one it is depends on your version of Android
Scroll down to Fieldwork
Tap Permissions
Tap Camera
Tap Allow only while using the app
