Summary
You might have a customer who wants their recurring service automatically paid through our Auto Pay feature. Each time an invoice is generated the credit card on file will be automatically charged.
If the same customer has another (more expensive) service, such as an annual termite renewal, or another service location, it's possible the customer will not want the card automatically charged in these scenarios.
Key Point
Click the check box Exclude from Autopay [x] in the bottom-right corner of the Work Order
To keep the card from being automatically charged, click the check box Exclude from Autopay [x] in the bottom-right corner of the Work Order.
