Summary
When changes are made in the online browser they will not be automatically updated on the mobile app. This is by design so as to use data transfer between the portal and the app in the most efficient manner. This also helps keep your tech's data usage down so they don't exceed their data plan limits.
Key Points
Refresh your app Calendar every morning before starting work
Reload Data in your app Settings every morning before starting work
Important Train your techs to refresh their Calendar AND Reload Data before they start their day. Every day. Otherwise, they will miss updates made by office staff.
Refresh
When you make changes to a Work Order (add a service or add a PDF file) or move appointments around in the Calendar, inform the tech to refresh the mobile app. To do this:
From the Calendar go to that day the changes were made
Tap the Refresh Circle in the upper right
This will refresh the appointment schedule in the calendar and the contents of each appointment
Reload Data
When the office makes changes to anything under Settings (Company Setup, Pest & Materials, Device & Traps or Units) it will not be reflected in the mobile app. The tech needs to Reload the data to the mobile app to see new or updated content. To do this:
Save any unsaved Work Order in the mobile app
a. Tap Save in the upper-right corner of the open Work Order
b. Tap Save & ExitFrom the Calendar, tap the menu in the upper-left corner (the three lines)
Tap Settings
Tap Download
Tap Reload to any messages
In this video, Acme Roadrunner Disposalizer was added in the browser, but now needs to be added to the mobile device through Reload Data.

Caution Both of these updates are one-way paths of communication from the data server down to the mobile app. Any unsaved Work Orders in the mobile app will be overwritten. Save the Work Orders before proceeding with these steps.
