Summary

Automate managing statements from Sales > Statements. Here you can view all the Statements you have generated. You can also bulk email or bulk print Statements to multiple customers with one click of a button.

Key Points

  • Sort the Statement list by clicking the column header

  • Bulk Email or Bulk Print Statements

  • View, print or email a Statement from the customer's Billing page

The columns in the Statements page are:
Statement #
Statement Date
Customer
Customer Account #
Billing Terms
Emailed Date
Printed Date

You can Bulk Email or Bulk Print from the Statements page. Click the check box to the left of each Statement you want to email or print, and click the Bulk Email or Bulk Print button.

Click the View button to the right of a statement to view that statement.

The statement contains the Invoice #, Work Order #, Invoice Date, Service Date, Due Date, and Services Provided.

You can email or print the statement from this page.

View, print or email a Statement from the customer's Billing page

There's also a Statements tab in the customer's account with the same columns/content as in the Statements page:

Customer
Customer Account #
Billing Terms
Emailed Date
Printed Date
