Note We have a global setting to hide the pricing on all your Work Orders.
For more information about it, please see: Hide invoice information for new Work Orders by default

Summary

Set up daily emails to your techs in Settings/Users & Routes. Hide the pricing in that email for each Work Order that has Hide pricing information on work order [X] set.

Key Points

To set up daily emails open the tech's page and under their email name click Send daily work email at, and select a time. (Or click Send Now to send an updated email to the tech.)

The email will go out each day at that time. The email contains the tech's service route for that day and includes customer names, locations, services to be performed, time to arrive and so forth.

You can hide the pricing in that email for each Work Order that has Hide pricing information on work order [X] set. (This setting is located in the bottom-right portion of a Work Order.)

The email will show just the number of services for that day:

For each Work Order assigned to this tech that has Hide pricing information on work order [  ] unset, the price appears in the morning email as shown below.

To hide all the pricing information in the email, all Work Orders for that tech must have Hide pricing information on work order [X] set.

Note: To keep customer balances off the email, select [x] Hide balance forward on work orders and invoices in each customer's location page.
