Symptoms
On Samsung Fold devices, you may experience frequent disconnects and reconnects even when the Fieldy device is nearby.
Why this happens
Samsung Galaxy Fold devices handle Bluetooth and background services differently than most Android phones. These events can cause Fieldy to briefly restart or be killed by the system, even when the Fieldy device never actually disconnected.
We are aware of this behavior and are actively working on improvements to better handle Samsung Fold–specific Bluetooth behavior.
Recommended fix
To stabilize the connection, keep the Bluetooth service running continuously:
Open Fieldy
Go to Fieldy Settings
Tap Bluetooth Connectivity
Find Stop service when device disappears
Toggle it OFF
