Check the device compatibility of your mic: AM8 is compatible with PS5
Plug your AM8 into the PS5 with the USB cable.
Select “Fifine Microphone” as the input device.
You can adjust the mic gain on both the "Adjust Microphone Level" and the gain knob on the mic.
Choose the output device you need to use.
Can't be recognized by the PS5?
Please upgrade the PS5 system to the latest version, then restart the PS5 to test again. If the disconnect issue continues, we recommend you test the mic with another USB cable(with data transmission function) or plug the mic into another USB port on the PS5.
