At Edge, your training plan is already carefully tailored to your specific goals, fitness level, and upcoming events. However, we understand that comfort and personal preference are important in maintaining consistency and enjoyment in your training. That's why we offer the flexibility to customise your workouts further.

Swapping Exercises for Comfort or Preference

If you find that a particular exercise isn’t quite to your liking, or you have a preference for a different movement, customising your plan is easy. Simply tap on the exercise you'd like to swap out, and you'll be shown a list of similar alternatives. These alternatives are selected to ensure that your training remains balanced and effective, even as you tailor it to better suit your needs.

Progressing Through Your Training Phases

Every 4 weeks, your training plan progresses into the next phase of your training block. During this transition, we take into account your biometric feedback, performance data, and responses to our routine questionnaires. This approach ensures that your training adapts to your evolving fitness level and continues to challenge you in a way that promotes optimal progression and performance.

Requesting Specific Changes or Assistance

While our plans are designed to be comprehensive and adaptable, we understand that there may be times when you have specific requests or need additional adjustments. You can easily message our support team for any specific changes you'd like to see in your plan. Whether it's adjusting for an upcoming event, managing an injury, or simply tweaking your routine, we're here to help you get the most out of your training.
