The Edge app allows users to sync their Edge training plan and workouts directly to their phone's calendar. This feature helps keep track of scheduled workouts and ensures you never miss a session. Here’s how you can sync Edge to your phone calendar:

  1. Open the Edge App:

    • Start by launching the Edge app on your phone. Make sure you have the latest version installed for the best functionality.
