If you're seeing the notification above, your account has been temporarily deactivated. Your account may become deactivated if:
You began a 14-day free trial for First Draft Pro before 22/09/2023, and you have not added a payment method.
If your payment method has expired, and you have not updated it.
While your account is deactivated, you will not be able to view your projects, make any changes to your projects, or export your projects.
To reactivate your account, you'll need to either
Upgrade to a premium account by adding a valid payment method
Downgrade to a free account (this is only possible for accounts with 3 or less projects)
