For Classic and Unlimited Plans
After activating your plan, the easiest way to check your usage is through the Firsty app using the "Manage plan" button. You can also view your data usage directly in your device's settings. The same steps apply if you're still on one of Firsty's earlier plans, such as Comfort+ or First Class.
For Firsty Free
On Firsty Free, each ad you watch earns 20 MB of data, up to 15 ads per day, and earned data stays valid for 7 days. The Firsty app shows your Firsty Free data as you watch ads, counting up to the daily maximum of 300 MB. You can also check your usage in your phone's settings below.
Check Data Usage in Your Phone's Settings
You can always check your data usage directly on your device.
Android: Go to Settings > Network & Internet > Data Usage, then select Firsty to see how much data you've used.
iOS: Go to Settings > Cellular (or Mobile Data), then scroll down to see a list of apps and their individual data usage.
A quick tip: We're aware that some customers are currently unable to see their data usage tracked in the app. We're working hard to resolve this issue as quickly as possible.
