The Fixed Minutes per Visitor timer creates a unique countdown for each visitor based on when they land on your store.
This means every customer gets their own timer, instead of a shared countdown for everyone.
What is a Fixed Minutes per Visitor timer?
This timer starts counting down when a visitor first views your page.
For example:
Set it to 10 minutes
Each visitor sees their own 10-minute countdown
The timer starts when they arrive - not at a fixed time
How it works
A visitor lands on your page
The timer starts (e.g., 10 minutes)
The countdown runs only for that visitor
If another visitor arrives later, they get a fresh timer
👉 Each visitor’s timer is independent.
Example
If you set a 15-minute timer:
Visitor A arrives at 10:00 → timer ends at 10:15
Visitor B arrives at 10:05 → timer ends at 10:20
They do not share the same countdown.
When should I use this?
Use this timer when you want to create personal urgency for each visitor.
Common use cases:
“Reserve your item in the next 10 minutes”
