How it works
The selected timezone applies to:
End date/time timers
Daily recurring window timers
👉 This means all countdown behavior will follow the timezone you choose.
How to update your timezone
Go to Shopify Admin → Online Store → Edit Theme
Open your Flash Countdown Timer block
Find the Timezone setting
Select your desired timezone from the dropdown
Click Save
Example
If you select:
Timezone:
America/New_YorkEnd time: 6:00 PM
Then the timer will end at 6:00 PM Eastern Time, regardless of where your store or customers are located.
Important things to know
The timezone must be selected from the dropdown (no manual entry)
All timer logic follows this timezone
Make sure it matches your intended audience or store location
