The app is called "Florence: healthcare shifts". It's free, and you'll find it in the App Store on an iPhone or on Google Play on an Android phone.
Search for "Florence healthcare shifts" and look for the Florence logo. If you were sent a QR code when you registered, you can scan it with your phone's camera and it will take you straight to the right place.
Sign in with the same email address you used when you registered. If you're not sure which one that was, get in touch and we'll check for you.
If you can't sign in, please don't create a second account. That splits your documents across two profiles and slows everything down. Email us at hello.ca@florenceapp.com instead and we'll get you in.
You'll need the app to find and book shifts, fill in your timesheets, and keep your documents up to date. There isn't a website version for workers.
