Documents are tracked after they join, too. If something becomes outdated, that worker is blocked from booking — not warned. You don't have to police it.
You choose who works on your floor
Workers apply; you approve. You can see their role, their ratings from previous shifts, and whether they've worked for you before. Nothing is booked until you say so.
If you'd rather not choose every time, auto-fill can book suitable workers for you, offering shifts to your favourites first. Your call.
You only pay for the hours you signed off on
Billing comes from approved timesheets. The worker records the hours they actually worked, you review them against your records, and that's what's invoiced. A shift nobody worked doesn't appear on your invoice.
Worth knowing: timesheets auto-approve after 7 days if nobody at your organization reviews them. It stops workers going unpaid when a timesheet is forgotten, but it does mean an incorrect timesheet will go through if it's ignored. If you'd rather that was off for your organization, we can do that.
You build a regular team, not a rotating cast
Favourite the workers you like, and your shifts can go to them first. Most homes end up with a familiar group rather than a different face every week.
Your own staff live here too
Add your full-time staff, build their schedule, handle their leave requests, and set your staffing requirements per unit. Then you can see where you're actually short and post only those gaps — instead of working it out on paper and hoping.
Rates are yours to set
You set the rate for your own shifts. Workers see it before they book. It's the single biggest factor in whether a shift fills.
