Approving every application by hand is fine when you post a few shifts a week. If you post a lot, there are faster ways.
Auto-fill books a suitable worker onto a shift for you, without you having to approve anyone. It's the difference between a shift filling overnight and a shift waiting for someone to log in and click approve on Monday morning.
When we set up auto-fill with you, we agree who it should offer shifts to first. That's normally your favourite workers and the workers we'd recommend for you, so it isn't handing your floor to a stranger.
Urgent shifts.
If you need someone today or tomorrow, post the shift and mark it as urgent, then call us on 647-247-4916. An urgent shift gets pushed out differently from a shift three weeks away, and the call means a human is chasing it too.
Favourite workers.
If you've worked with someone good, favourite them. Shifts can be offered to your favourites before going out more widely, which is the simplest way to end up with the same faces rather than a rotating cast.
Exclusive workers.
Some organizations prefer to work with a defined group of workers only. If that's you, talk to us about it.
