How fast a shift fills depends on the rate, lead time, location and role. Posting earlier and inviting your favourites gives the best chance of a quick fill; auto-fill and your own bank staff fill gaps fastest. For genuine last-minute gaps, mark the shift urgent (ASAP) and call 647-247-4916.
When timesheets auto-approve: to save you admin, timesheets auto-approve on a rolling window — about a week after the shift — if you haven't actioned them. Reminders are sent beforehand, so you only need to step in on exceptions. Approving promptly also means your workers are paid on that week's run (we pay every Tuesday).
