1. Navigate to https://app.getflowpath.com/work-orders
2. First, you want to start out by going to your action menu and then accessing your global settings.
3. From here, you're going to go to your external forms.
4. Then, select the external form that you would like to update.
5. In order to add an intro to your external form, you're going to scroll down until you see the section titled 'Form Intro Section.' You'll notice a small pencil icon on your right side, which you will click. This will allow you to edit and add content.
6. Add your message into the text field, you can use several different formatting options such as bolding, underlining and aligning your message as needed.
7. Once you're happy with your message, go ahead and hit save.
8. If you would like to preview what this message looks like for your requesters, go ahead and scroll back to the top where you see "VIEW", select this and review your external form.
9. You will see your work order request form with your intro message at the top.
10. If at this point you would like to make any additional changes, you can go ahead and go back to the tab where your external form is. Scroll back down to your intro section. Select the pencil icon to enable editing and be sure to save when completed.
11. That's it! Just like that, you can add a custom message for your requestors! This allows you to give some additional information about how their requests will be received and answered.
Provide instruction on how they can add additional information such as images or comments through the confirmation Work Order public view link.
