Diving a little deeper into the Whitelabel settings (learn more about full Whitelabel External Access here), this digs into the Public Form section.

Under the External Access tab within settings, you can find the section labeled "Public Forms", where you can create multiple custom forms so users can submit work orders.

There are two ways to customize your forms:

1) You can add custom fields from the right-hand side of the screen, making different fields optional or required.

2) From the category tab, you can create custom fields to appear based on the category selected, alongside any other custom fields you created for that specific form.

All forms come with custom URL links, so you can be confident that they are secure and only your specific users will find them with those unique links.
