The FlowPath AI Assistant enhances user interaction within the FlowPath application by providing a versatile tool for managing work orders, inventory, and vendor information. It is accessible to all users, regardless of their permissions.

Enabling the AI Assistant

Once a license is assigned to a user for the FlowPath AI Assistant, they will see a blue hovering orb in the top right corner of the application. This indicates that the AI Assistant is active and ready for use.

Features and Functionality

  • Access Points: The AI Assistant can be accessed via the blue orb or through various dropdown menus throughout the application, including:

    • Work Orders

    • Inventory Section

    • Vendor Section

    • Asset Profiles

  • Interaction Methods: Users can interact with the AI Assistant in several ways:

    • Typing: Users can type commands or questions directly into the assistant.

    • Voice Commands: Users can use a microphone to speak to the assistant.

    • File Uploads: Users can upload images or files for processing.

Common Commands

  • General Queries: Users can ask general questions, such as "How do I export reports in Excel?" The AI Assistant will respond by directing users to relevant Help Center articles or providing information based on its data workers and agents.

  • Assigning Work Orders: Users can assign work orders by saying commands like "Assign work order 30-30 to Brandon." The assistant will search for the specified user and work order, returning a confirmation of the action before proceeding.

  • Bulk Updates: The AI Assistant allows for bulk updates across multiple work orders. Users can perform actions such as adding comments to work orders efficiently.

    • User: "Assign work order 30-30 to Brandon."

    • AI Assistant: Confirms the action and executes it.
