Accessing the AI Assistant
Enable the AI Assistant: Once your license is enabled, the AI Assistant will appear as a blue orb in the top right corner of the interface.
User Permissions: The AI Assistant has access only to the modules that the user can access. For example, if a user has access only to the Work Order module, the AI Assistant will only function within that context.
Interacting with the AI Assistant
Input Methods: You can interact with the AI Assistant by either typing or speaking commands to create or update work orders.
Uploading Files: Within a work order, you can upload images or invoices using the provided dropdown menu. This allows you to update work orders with handwritten notes or relevant documents.

Assigning Users: For example, to assign a user to a work order, you can say, "For work order 3030, go ahead and assign Alex to it." The AI Assistant will search for the work order and the user, confirming the action once completed.
