Setting Up the Analysis and Trends Agent for Work Order AI Automation

This SOP outlines the steps to enable and configure the Analysis and Trends agent within the Work Order AI automation package, ensuring effective monitoring of work order costs and trends.

Key Steps

  • Navigate to the main dashboard.

  • Close the AI Assistant if it is open.

  • Click on 'Settings'.

  • Click the 'Enabled' button to activate the package.

  • Set alerts to run at times when you are available to review them for maximum effectiveness.
