Managing Requester Groups in FlowPath

  1. Accessing Requester Groups

    • Events module in FlowPath allows access to requester groups.

    • Requesters from external events are automatically captured in the requester database.

  2. Grouping Requesters

    • Requesters are grouped by email domain.

    • Groups can share the same domain or have different ones.

    • New requests with the same domain are associated with the first group created within that domain.

  3. Managing Requester Groups

    • Requester group profiles show statuses like good standing, bad standing, and suspending.

    • Tags, notes, primary email addresses, billing addresses, and rental rates can be added.

    • Sorting and filtering options are available.

  4. Editing Requester Groups

    • Clicking into a requester group allows for editing group details.

    • Changes can be made to group name, rental rates, domain, email address, status, categories, phone number, etc.

    • Certificate of insurance details can be added with expiration dates and coverage amounts.

  5. Viewing Group Details

    • Associated requesters, approved events, pending requests, cancellations, attachments, and invoices are visible within the group.

    • Admins receive COI expiration reminders.

    • Deletion option is available for groups.

  6. Creating Requester Groups

    • Manual creation of requester groups is possible.

    • Input group name, primary email address, and COI details.

    • Save the group to have it displayed in the events section.

  7. Integration with Events

    • Requester groups are linked to events.

    • Requester details are visible within specific events, showing their group association and standing.
