Requesters and Requester Groups

Manage and track external and internal event requestors by groups, categories and view/set account status.

Anyone who uses an external event form will automatically be captured into your Requesters database in FlowPath upon submission. Requesters are grouped by email domain (@gmail.com, @flowpath.com) which can then be re-assigned to a different group and categories. Groups can share the same domain or different ones. FlowPath will associate any new requester with the same domain to the first group created with that domain. The requesters can be associated to any group, regardless of domain.

Within the requester group profile you can easily see:

  • Status: good standing, bad standing, suspended

  • Category

  • Notes

  • Associated Requesters: all requesters that have submitted event requests to this group

  • Approved Events

  • Pending Requests

  • Cancelled Requests

  • Attachments

  • Associated Invoices

For users with FlowPath access that are creating an event request in app, you can assign an event requester within the request.

Once an event has been submitted you can also view the requester information within the event request.
