1. Navigate to https://app.getflowpath.com/work-orders
2. From your Action Menu head to "Global Settings"
3. Head over to your Layouts tab to upload your location layout.

4. If you already have a layout uploaded, access your layout to add location pins.

5. Your layouts can have equipment, location, and projects pins, but you will want to ensure all of your Events Spaces have location pins assigned to them.
6. When you select a pin you should see a Account and Location association.
7. Now that you have confirmed you have layouts uploaded with location pins head on over to your Events tab in Global Settings
8. Select your events Calendar
9. Scroll down towards "Visible Locations" or select "6. Request Form" in the Jump to Section.
Look for the Edit button.
10. "Visible layouts" Drop down will appear and you will find all of the Layouts that you have uploaded to your instance.
Each instance comes with a standard 5 layouts, if you need more please reach out to us to inquire about our unlimited Layouts add on.
11. Click "FlowPath High School" we will select FlowPath High School for our example and select "Save"
12. Click "Save".
