1. Your Work Order Interface is customizable based on your organizations needs and permission access for your users.

Tip: If you need help deciding which permission settings to choose for your users you can check out our User Collection in the Help Center.

2. One area of focus is your Work Order header. In the example below you may notice fields you current don't have visible, or fields that you are not using and are only cluttering your view.

This can be updated by accessing your Action Menu>Global Settings> Work Orders Tab

3. Once you navigate to the Work Orders tab you will want to look at the first section, "Permissions"

4. Take note of the Headers.

You will see a column for each of the User Permission settings.

In the example below only Users that have Operations and Admin permission access have visibility of the "Project Button" on their work order interface.

A collaborator or Location/User Only would not be able to see this based on the selections below.

5. User Permissions settings referenced in the above step can be found in each users profile, below is a example of these settings.

6. Once enabled it will be visible on your work order.

7. Notable Functions you can enable or disable in this section:

You can enable or disable the ability to use and request inventory.

You can enable or disable the ability for your users to Delete Work Orders.

Tip: Congratulations you can now fully customize your Work Orders as a Admin or Operations user!

Give these settings a try and see whats works best for you and your team!
