  • If you are using GOP Data Center, be sure you are using https://www.gopdatacenter.com to log into the site. Other site addresses, including "Innovation", are used for testing and may not be compatible with the latest features. The active site contains the logo pictured below. 

  • Check your web browser. Data Center has been tested for use with the latest versions of Edge (Windows 10), Internet Explorer), Chrome, Safari, and Firefox. Some Data Center site features may not function on older browsers or touch-only devices including smartphones and tablets.

  • Clear your web browser's cache. Data Center's databases are consistently being updated, and your previous web session may contain obsolete data. Information for clearing web browser cache files may be found in your browser's Help section.

  • Close any open Data Center windows you are not using. Data Center uses pop-up windows and new browser tabs to display voter information and other details so you can continue navigating the main site. 

  • Please inform the Help Desk if you have tried these solutions and the issue is persisting. We have found that a majority of site issues are related to an incorrect web address or an expired browser session.
