The Basic Counts and Advanced Counts data tools have been updated to support the simplified creation of phone lists. Use the new Expert Phones category in Advanced Counts to customize your count selections using recently added phone number attributes and for filters on original Telephone Reliability Code and Exclude Do Not Call phone numbers.
Adding Phones in Basic Counts
Go to Phone Number Criteria > Phone Numbers to add High Reliability Mobile and High Reliability Landline phone numbers with High Telephone Reliability Code (TRC) values for your voter list.

Go to Phones > Phone Numbers to select High Reliability Mobile and High Reliability Landline phone numbers with High Telephone Reliability Code (TRC) values for your voter list.
Using Expert Phones
Use the Expert Phones selection options to customize your phone list using these attributes:

Phone Type (with Exclude Do Not Call option)

Creating Lists and Export Files
When you have previewed your count results, your voter list can be downloaded as one or more Precinct Call Lists or exported into a spreadsheet format. The Phone List export style includes separate mobile and landline phone columns. The Phone Detail export style contains all available phone attribute columns by phone provider, TRC, source, match level, and more.
