Your GOP Data Center user account gives you access to current voter records from the RNC's national voter file and comprehensive data tools for voter contact and campaign projects. Originally built from the RNC VoterVault platform, GOP Data Center includes over twenty years of refined voter identification data and has been consequential in many major elections.
Using the web site
Log into the site at https://www.gopdatacenter.com using your assigned user name and password. Your password may be changed after verifying your contact information from the "Forgot my password" link on the login page, and use the My Account page to update your contact information. Permissions assigned to your user account determine your access to voter records and which data tools and features you can use.
We recommend using a desktop browser like Chrome, Firefox, Edge/Internet Explorer, or Safari. The web site employs cookies for maintaining your user session, and enhanced browser security settings may need to be updated to allow for data tool features. Some tools and features may not be available or are incompatible with touch devices including smartphones and tablets.
Find a Voter
Look up voter records and edit voter contact information using the Find a Voter tool. Use the Find a Voter link from the menu bar or go to Tools > Find a Voter.
Basic Counts
Create voter lists that can be downloaded in PDF files or spreadsheets from Basic Counts using simple selection criteria. Go to Tools > Basic Counts.
Advanced Counts
Use Advanced Counts to create voter lists by dragging criteria selections into multiple groups with complex queries and arithmetic conditions. The Interactive Map feature allows you to select a group of voters from a street-level map view for creating voter lists. Go to Tools > Advanced Counts.
Other tools and features
Voter Tags: update voter records with identification tags to filter lists
Exports: save voter list data into a spreadsheet or a Precinct Call List that can be downloaded to your computer or shared with others
Uploads: update voter record information using voter files that are uploaded and matched to the database
Absentees: view a voter's Absentee Ballot Status for upcoming and previous elections
Reports: view voter data statistics for Political Geography, Voter Tags, Tag Universes, and Absentee Ballots
Contacting the Help Desk
The Help Desk is available through the Intercom application on the site by clicking the blue button at the bottom of the web page, where you can chat with a Help Desk team member and look up help articles and other information. You can also email the Help Desk from the site's Help section.
