Look up voter records, run counts, and export data with enhanced phone numbers

Landline and Mobile Phone Numbers have been enhanced to include more options from data providers, reliability scores, match levels, append dates, and more. Primary Phone counts for Phone Reliability have also been simplified to filter between High and Low values. Complete phone number records may be exported using the new Phone Detail export list style.

Note: Your web browser cache may need to be reset before using Advanced Counts. From your browser, go to Settings> Privacy (Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge) or Settings > Safari (Apple Safari) to clear browsing history from the last hour.


Find a Voter

The Voter Details page now includes multiple values for phone numbers from different data providers. Click on Other Contact Info to expand the Voter Details section to display all provided phone numbers from data vendors, the voter file, and absentee ballot requests.


Basic Counts

Phone Number Criteria now includes selections for Primary Phone and simplified Phone Reliability. Primary Phone filters include Landline, Mobile, Both, and Exclude Do Not Call. Phone Reliability scores are now rolled up as High and Low values.

Note: Use Advanced Counts > Phone Sources > Telephone Reliability Code for selecting individual Telephone Reliability Code values for voter lists.

Advanced Counts

Use Primary Phone to select voters by Landline and Mobile Phones and apply Phone Reliability for High or Low scores.

Use Phone Sources to drill down by the original Telephone Reliability Code, Phone Number Provider, Phone Number Source, Match Level, Time of Day, and Phone Append Date.


Phone Detail Exports

Use the new Phone Detail List export style to include all available phone number fields into a downloadable spreadsheet. The field values are defined in the new Phone Sources article.
