Data Center user accounts may be linked by their voter record to provide additional voter information concerning the user. Linking a user to a voter record is completed in four steps:
Use Admin > Manage Users to look up the user and open the user’s details.
Select the Link to Voter button in the Add/Edit User page’s sidebar.
Search and verify the voter information, then select Match Voter to User. The user’s contact information will be populated in the Voter Search fields. Modify the search values to get a close match. Select the Voter Details link to view the voter’s information and determine if the voter record does match the user.
If a record match is successfully completed, the Voter Details page will display a confirmation message.
The matched user’s profile will now display the voter’s RNC Registration Id value and a link to view the voter record.
Alternatively, a new user may be created from the Voter Details page when looking up a voter. The voter’s information will be populated in the appropriate fields to set up a new user account.
