A panel tamper occurs when the panel is opened or thinks it has opened. This can occur if the panel has been bumped or has settled in its mount. Follow the instructions below to clear the tamper:
Remove the screw on the bottom of the panel.
Press both bottom tabs to remove the face plate.
Lift the face plate back up to the back plate. Press firmly and replace the screw.
If the panel is still tampering, repeat, making sure it is fully sealed against the back plate.
