The creative (i.e., the artwork, the media, "the ad you will be running") will be available for download approximately 4 business days before the run date.
You'll receive daily email reminders about any creatives pending approval. You can also see the number of creatives pending approval from your Dashboard when you log in:
Approving Creative After Ad Approval
If everything looks good, click "Approve" to let us know you've accepted the creative and will run the ad as ordered.
You can download a creative at any time. By approving a creative, you agree to run the ad as specified. It's best to add a note on the appropriate line item if anything looks wrong or if you have questions about the ad.
A creative fulfillment may include JPGs, PNGs, PDFs, text, and/or links, so check carefully to make sure you capture each part.

Please note: Even if a buyer has booked the same type of ad with you on multiple days, there is a chance the creative can change each time. Make sure you download the new creative before each run date for each unique ad, no matter what!
If, for any reason, you cannot run this ad, please add a note before the scheduled run date for further assistance.
Pro tip: Add your layout designer to your flytedesk account so they never miss an order and have the ability to download the creative themselves.
