Identify High Stock Inventory
Avoid stale inventory and long-term storage fees. Review if your days of inventory are projected to last longer than 100 days and check your sell-through rate to ensure you're moving products effectively.
From the Inventory Health Dashboard - navigate to the Inventory See-All
Add a filter for Days of Inventory greater than 100 (or 250 as I do in the video)
Add another filter for Sell through rate less than 40 (or more than 40; or any other filter!) & select APPLY
Sort as you like by selecting any header and adjust your filters by selecting the 'filters' button or the individual purple bubbles.
Alternatively, use the download button to manipulate a CSV version in sheets or excel

Running out of stock on a high-demand product can be a big setback. Use our tool to track inventory, set up automated alerts, and optimize your business strategy. Review if your days of inventory are projected to last less than 30 days and check your sell-through rate.
From the Inventory Health Dashboard - navigate to the Inventory See-All
Add a filter for Days of Inventory less than 30
Add another filter for Sell through rate greater than 40
Add filter for either Active Campaigns is YES or NO (or don't use this one to see all applicable items - your choice!)
Sort as you like by selecting any header and adjust your filters by selecting the 'filters' button or the individual purple bubbles.
Alternative to the filter options, you can use the download button to manipulate a CSV version in sheets or excel
Another option is checking out your Rec Hub card for advertised products with less than 30 days of inventory - this preloads some filters for you, but feel free to manipulate by adjusting.
Next to prevent additional items from aging into less than your personal threshold of days of inventory, would be setting up customized Stockout notification with the Insights tool.
